Shipping policy

Once I drop off your package to the post office, I am no longer responsible for your package. If you package does arrive damaged or is lost, you will have to file a claim through the postal service. My Crystals are packaged very carefully and tightly to insure they make it to you safely. I put fragile stickers on each package, but I cannot control the way that the post office handles your package.
